Welcome to AGC Creative Media. I’m Ava Charrlin, a New Mexico-based photographer proudly rooted in Albuquerque. Photography has been part of my life for over a decade, and what began as a passion has grown into a calling centered around preserving meaningful moments with honesty and intention.
Growing up in the Southwest shaped the way I see light, color, and connection. The golden sunsets, open landscapes, and rich culture of New Mexico continue to inspire my work and influence the warmth and depth you’ll find in every image I create.

In 2023, I graduated from West Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Business, with a focus in Equine studies, and minors in Animal Science and Marketing.
My education not only deepened my understanding of the equestrian world, but also strengthened my business foundation — allowing me to approach photography with both creativity and strategy. I value professionalism just as much as artistry, and I believe a seamless client experience is just as important as beautiful imagery.

Although I’m based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, I’m always eager to travel and document stories wherever they unfold. Whether your celebration is close to home or across the Southwest, I’m happy to meet you there.
When I’m not behind the camera, you’ll most likely find me on horseback. I’ve been riding since I was five years old, and my love for horses — especially show jumping and competing throughout the Southwest — is actually what first sparked my passion for photography.
There’s something about the connection between rider and horse, the trust, the movement, the unspoken communication — that deeply influenced how I approach my work today. I look for that same authenticity and connection in every session I photograph.
